This is a Seneca Nation tradition that gives thanks for a bountiful harvest on August 31st at Bare Hill Unique Area, 5950 Van Epps Road, Rushville.

Victor Hiking Trails will lead a hike on a trail from the parking lot to the bonfire site, about 1 mile. Bring a blanket or camp chair, your dinner and/or snacks, drinks, insect repellent and a flashlight. Dress for the weather.

The bonfire will be lit at 9:00 PM, followed by traditional Seneca social dancing around the fire.

Meet at the rear parking lot of Victor Town Hall, 85 East Main Street at 5:30 PM to carpool to the site. Or meet at the trailhead at 6:15 PM. We will be back in Victor around 11:00 PM.
