Victor Hiking Trails, Inc. (VHT) is rolling out the carpet and pulling out all the stops on Saturday, June 4th. There will be a party in the park and everyone is invited. The VHT Board of Directors is hosting a celebration at Mead Square Park (15 West Main Street) in the Village of Victor with food, drinks, demonstrations, sports vendors, non-profit organizations, guided hikes, bike rides and live entertainment.

It all begins in the Victor Farmington Library parking lot with the hikes and bike rides at 11:00 AM. Signup for them at Meetup/Victor Hiking Trails or call 585-234-8226. Beginning at 1:00 PM there will be food and drinks available. Under the big tent local band "47 South" will be cranking out the tunes for your listening and dancing pleasure from 2:00 to 4:00 PM. The popular Beatles tribute band "Mr. Mustard" will be there from 6:00 to 8:00 PM. Victor breweries and wineries will be serving your favorite adult beverages from 2:00 to 8:00 PM.

In between the live music sets the VHT board members will introduce the very first VHT Hall of Fame inductees and Friends of Victor Hiking Trails. These are the people that had a vision 30 years ago for saving the natural beauty of the rolling hills, lush valleys and streams by creating and maintaining trails in the rapidly developing Town of Victor. Before 1990, the town had one or two parks, less than a mile of hiking trails and no parks and recreation department. Today the Town of Victor has 8 parks and over 65 miles of shared-use trails for hiking, biking, running and cross country skiing.

The is no entry fee for the entertainment. Just come and enjoy the festivities.
