Note Printing Problems (As of Winter 2009):
Only Google Chrome prints Google Maps (almost) correctly.
It does not offer a way to set margins or "extras," so you will get a "header" and "footer" line,
want them or not, and not the title-line yo have added is printed on a separate page 2. There is
no print preview before printing.
Internet Explorer 7 nearly works; it omits some trail segemnts when there are many.
Firefox 3 and Opera 9.5 each have (different) major problems printing the overlayed trails.
(Geeks: Transparent PNG graphics as used by Google Maps are not yet fully supported or the implementation
is buggy.)
